Myscribe support= JOKE

OMFG! I just emailed myscribe in the rare case they would be able to help me fix my technical problems with myscribe. I let them know that each time I click to open the book it opens up for a milisecond and then the whole program closes down. Their response??? Talk about wiping their hands clean of the problem...heres a copy of the email they sent me.

 

Wait did I ask where else I could read my textbook? NO (the html version of it sucks)

Why would they give me DeVrys info if its THEIR STUPID PROGRAM that SUCKS?!?!?!?!

hmmmm maybe so I could complain to them and leave them(cafescribe) alone???

What a pitiful excuse for a company and program...ugh

Where's the talent?

I was really excited for the new season of ABDC to start this season, since in the past it has had some really great and talented crews. This is the third episode already...and honestly...I think it might be the worst season ever. First of all I still dont have a favorite crew or one that appeals slightly more than the other...bummer.

Today's episode (I should say Sunday's since its already 2:50am but whatever) the challenge was to master martial moves. Any one of the eliminated crews from seasons 1-3 could have done a WAY better job than the crews this season...they totally did not bring it this week.

....With two exceptions which unfortunately were the bottom 2 crews for the week. Rhythm City and Southern Movement totally blew me away. And in the end only one crew could continue and the judges voted for Rhythm City to stay....honestly they should have chosen any one of the other 5 crews that were saved but sucked. And the judges agree....

Its sad to see a crew with so much potential leave....however I really hope that the 6 remaining crews bring their game next week...Otherwise I'll have to start to wonder if ABDC has ran out of talent and might to start to slip downwards.

Stupid Myscribe...

OMG... I have been struggling all day (no joke) trying to get myscribe to work right or at least find another way to read and annotate my online book from DeVry......so far......no progress.

I even tried to download an old version of myscribe and print it as a pdf from there...but as soon as I clicked on the textbook to open it the whole program would shut down.

So then I tried going to the online link for the textbook which is lame and stupid. But I was able to copy and paste the images so I thought okay maybe now I can save it as a pdf file. Well....I was able to...but then when I went to open up the file it turns out when I was copying the pages they were technically images so when I opened up my reader to try to highlight or annotate...it was a no go.

So now completly aggravated after copying and pasting 31 pages I decided to go and attempt to reinstall the newer version of myscribe and try to print it out that way. Well having to reload the textbook and then having the program freeze on me like five minutes later. ugh...I opened it back up and am hoping I can find a different solution cuz this is really starting to piss me off.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
